Food & Beverage Assistant (Part-time position)
A great opportunity is now available to join the talented Food & Beverage team here at Warehouse Bar + Kitchen.
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the F&B Assistant will provide a friendly and efficient service to our customers, dispensing food and beverage orders accurately and correctly in accordance with Warehouse Bar + Kitchen Standards.
Main responsibilities:
· Able to work in all areas of Food and Beverage.
· Welcome customers in a polite and friendly manner.
· Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service.
· Prepare set ups for tables.
· Manage customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
· Follow cash handling procedures.
The ideal candidate for this position:
· To have previous Food & Beverage experience.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
· Fluent level of spoken and written English essential
Bar Supervisor (Full-time position)
We are currently looking for a vibrant Bar Supervisor to join our team.
Objective of the Role
The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating the team and ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual.
Main responsibilities:
· To ensure that the highest standards of service are provided at all times
· To ensure that staff are carrying out their duties accordingly and effectively
· To supervise the smooth running of bar service
· To ensure that SOP’s are followed by staff
· To communicate and work effectively with management.
· To have a knowledge on all bar menu items
The ideal candidate for this position:
· To have previous experience in a similar supervisory role
· Excellent leadership skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
· Fluent level of spoken and written English essential
