With the recent cold snap coming to an end, snowmen are beginning to melt and snowball fights are postponed.

A generous blanket of snow covered much of Donegal this week, with snow-enthusiasts being well and truly in their element.

Photographers from across the county captured these stunning pictures, seizing the opportunity to photograph Donegal in all it’s snowy splendour.
