A golden day for Letterkenny AC men at Ulster & Northern Ireland Masters Cross-Country

Letterkenny AC men have won the Ulster & Northern Ireland Masters Cross-Country title.

Led by Anthony Doherty in eighth position overall, Letterkenny took the team honours at the Billy Neill Playing Fields in Dundonald.

Doherty was eighth with Raymond Birch in ninth.

LAC were also represented by Gerard McGranaghan, Ivan Toner, Sean McFadden and Kevin McGee.

In the men’s race, Dermot McElchar of Finn Valley finished in third, with Pauric McKinney of Inishowen in seventh.

Fionnuala Diver from Letterkenny AC was second in the individual masters women’s race.
