MINISTER of State at the Department of Health Jim Daly, TD is coming to Donegal in three weeks to host a public information evening on community hospital provision.

The event will take place in the Twin Towns on Tuesday, February 20 at 7pm.

Cllr Martin Harley says he hopes members of the public as well as members of groups such at the SOS group and the Save Our St Joseph’s Hospital Group will be able to attend.

“I want to thank Minister Daly, who is Minister with responsibility for Older People, who is coming to Donegal to discuss the future services at St Joseph’s, Ramelton and Lifford Hospitals,” Cllr Harley said.

“This information evening will allow local people to discuss future proposals for our community hospital network.

“I also want to thank Minister Joe McHugh who will also be there on the night. I am confident that local people will engage positively.”
