Emma Dolan stands proudly alongside Three Rivers Shotokan Coach Martin McNamee after a very successful trip to Copenhagen to compete in this year’s Ishoj Larate Cup.
This was the first year the club made the trip to the Danish capital, but it didn’t deter Emma from showing why she’s a real up-and-comer in Irish Karate scene standing proudly in second place in the -47kg Kumite section at the end of day 1.
She added another away achievement to the European title she lifted in Belgium last year.
Next up for the club is a trip to Belfast this weekend to compete in the North South Karate Championships.
