A fire is tearing through The Firebox Grill & Railway Tavern in Fahan.
Firefighters are currently tackling a blaze.
It is not yet known if anyone has been injured in the inferno.
Earlier this week the establishment was targeted by thieves who made off with two safes containing an undisclosed amount of cash.
In the early hours of Monday morning, the thieves entered the premises through a side door, causing a substantial amount of damage to the building.
Buncrana gardaí are currently conducting an investigation into the break-in.
The source of the blaze is not yet known.
