Ryanair have confirmed that due to adverse weather conditions, all flights to and from Dublin airport have now been cancelled for the remainder of the day.
All affected customers have been notified of their options by email and SMS text message, a spokesperson says.
Aer Lingus has said that there will be very significant cancellations across its short-haul operations to and from Dublin Airport but that it aiming to operate a full transatlantic schedule today.
Airport staff in Dublin have spent the morning undertaking snow clearance on their main runway.
A spokesperson for Dublin Airport advises passengers to check the latest flight information with their airline before coming to the airport.
