Travel Alert: Dublin to Donegal bus routes affected by snowfall

Bus Eireann has cancelled and delayed the majority of Expressway services today, which affects two Donegal routes. 

The 32 Dublin/Letterkenny service at 8.45am has been cancelled, further updates will be issued on the next routes.

The 30 Dublin/Donegal service at 8.15am has departed from the city, further updates will follow on future departures.

John Mc Ginley Coaches have advised customers that all services are running as normal.

A Status Red weather warning is now in place for Dublin, Kildare, Louth, Wicklow and Meath due to severe snow and icy conditions.

A Status Yellow snow-ice warning is in place for Donegal, Galway, Clare and Limerick from 8am Wednesday morning to 12noon on Thursday 1st March. All counties in Ireland are under a low temperature warning as the ‘Beast from the East’ bring severe cold conditions.
