Job Vacancies: Serenity Spa, Gweedore, is seeking to recruit a trainee spa therapist (part-time), a part-time spa therapist, and a junior stylist assistant.
Trainee Spa Therapist (Part-time)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients on arrival.
- Completing client consultation cards/information.
- Taking the client through the customer journey.
- Ensuring the treatment is offered to the clients’ requirements.
- Offering refreshments in the relaxation area on conclusion of the treatment.
- Ensuring that services meet customer expectations.
Essential Criteria:
- Working towards a qualification in spa or beauty therapy to include massage and facials
- Experience of working in a spa or a beauty salon.
Part-time Spa Therapist
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Offering a range of spa treatments to our clients
- Meeting and greeting clients on arrival.
- Completing client consultation cards/information.
- Taking the client through the customer journey.
- Explaining the treatment to be performed.
- Ensuring the treatment is offered to the clients’ requirements.
- Offering refreshments in the relaxation area on conclusion of the treatment.
- Ensuring that services meet customer expectations.
Essential Criteria:
- A minimum of a level 3 qualification in spa or beauty therapy to include massage and facials.
- 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
Junior Assistant to the Stylist
Main Duties and responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients on arrival.
- Completing client consultation cards/information.
- Taking the client through the customer journey.
- Ensuring the treatment is offered to the clients’ requirements.
- Offering refreshments.
- Ensuring that services meet customer expectations.
Essential Criteria:
- Working towards a qualification in hairdressing
- Experience of working in a hair & beauty salon.
- Working alongside the stylists.
- Looking after the cleanliness of the overall salon.
