Job Vacancies: Serenity Spa seeks staff

Job Vacancies: Serenity Spa, Gweedore, is seeking to recruit a trainee spa therapist (part-time), a part-time spa therapist, and a junior stylist assistant.

Trainee Spa Therapist (Part-time)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients on arrival.
  • Completing client consultation cards/information.
  • Taking the client through the customer journey.
  • Ensuring the treatment is offered to the clients’ requirements.
  • Offering refreshments in the relaxation area on conclusion of the treatment.
  • Ensuring that services meet customer expectations.

Essential Criteria:

  • Working towards a qualification in spa or beauty therapy to include massage and facials
  • Experience of working in a spa or a beauty salon.

 

Part-time Spa Therapist

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Offering a range of spa treatments to our clients
  • Meeting and greeting clients on arrival.
  • Completing client consultation cards/information.
  • Taking the client through the customer journey.
  • Explaining the treatment to be performed.
  • Ensuring the treatment is offered to the clients’ requirements.
  • Offering refreshments in the relaxation area on conclusion of the treatment.
  • Ensuring that services meet customer expectations.

Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum of a level 3 qualification in spa or beauty therapy to include massage and facials.
  • 2 years previous experience in a similar role.

 

Junior Assistant to the Stylist

Main Duties and responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting clients on arrival.
  • Completing client consultation cards/information.
  • Taking the client through the customer journey.
  • Ensuring the treatment is offered to the clients’ requirements.
  • Offering refreshments.
  • Ensuring that services meet customer expectations.

Essential Criteria:

  • Working towards a qualification in hairdressing
  • Experience of working in a hair & beauty salon.
  • Working alongside the stylists.
  • Looking after the cleanliness of the overall salon.
