Donegal Death Notices – Rest in Peace

Donegal death notices for today, Sunday, March 18.

 

Micheal HORAN JNR
The death has occurred of Micheal Horan Jnr., Drimark, Donegal Town, Donegal at St Vincent’s Hospital Dublin. Micheal; son of Micheal and Mary Horan, Drimark, Donegal Town.

Remains reposing at the family home in Drimark, Donegal Town tomorrow, Monday, from 2pm until 10pm on Monday night. Removal on Tuesday morning at 10.30am to St. Mary’s Church, Killymard, for 11am funeral Mass with burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. House private on Tuesday morning please.

 

Mary COYLE (née Burns)
The death has taken place at Letterkenny University Hospital of Mary Coyle nee Burns, Bohillion, Burt. Beloved wife of Gerard, dear mother of James, Martin, Anthony, Barry and Phillip and dear sister of Liam, James, John, Tony, Patricia, Bridget, Ellen, Catherine, Pauline, the late Ann, Teresa and Terence.

Removal from Murphy’s Funeral Home took place yesterday (Saturday) evening going to her home. Funeral Tuesday 20th March leaving her home at 10.15am going to St Aengus’ Church, Burt for Requiem Mass at 11.00am. Interment afterwards in Burt Cemetery. Family time please from 11.00pm to 10.00am. Family flowers only donations in lieu to Coronary Care Ward, Letterkenny University Hospital c/o any family member or Murphy Funeral Directors.

 

Theresa ORR (née Boyle)
The death has occurred of Theresa Orr (née Boyle), Glasgow and formerly Dore, Bunbeg, Donegal, who died in Glasgow.

Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Chapel, Derrybeg, today, Sunday morning, 18th March, at 11am, followed by burial in Magheragallon Cemetery.

 

Matilda PATTON
The sudden death has occurred at St.Joseph’s Community Hospital, Stranorlar, of Matilda Patton, after a long illness bravely borne. Beloved wife of the late Alfred and much loved mother of Florence, Sidney and Linda, dearly loved sister of Violet. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her son, daughters, sister, daughter-in-law Mairead, son-in-law Joseph,brother in law George, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family circle, neighbours and friends.

Remains reposing at her late residence on Sunday March 18th from 12 noon. Funeral leaving her late residence on Monday March 19th at 1.15 pm for Service of Thanksgiving in St. John’s Parish Church, Kilteevogue, at 2pm, with interment afterwards in Stranorlar Parish Churchyard. Donations in lieu of flowers, if so desired please, to the Patients Comfort Fund, St. Joseph’s Community Hospital, care of any family member. Family time from 11pm to 10am and on the morning of the funeral.
