We are now looking for a Bodyshop Manager to lead our team effectively.
Job Description
You will manage and coordinate the workflow of repairs within this busy Bodyshop, ensuring financial, volume and quality targets are achieved, ensuring high quality repairs within company procedures to maximise customer satisfaction. You will effectively manage the Bodyshop department and provide the delivery of high standard of engagement, motivation and employee relations.
The ideal candidate for this position must have:
- An ability to complete projects on-time-to-quality and within budget.
- Drive and ambition.
- A desire to take charge and show initiative.
- Strength to follow through and keep at it until you get results.
Experience of estimating systems would be a decided advantage.
