A special remembrance service will be held for parents affected by the loss of a baby upstairs in St. Eunan’s Cathedral in Letterkenny on Saturday 14th April from 5 to 7pm.

The service is organised by Feileacain, the Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Association of Ireland, and is intended to give grieving families a chance to remember their babies and meet others going through a similar situation.

Organiser Charlotte McCauley said: “The service is very personal and gives us a chance to remember our babies. The service is done by Feileacain and truly is a beautiful experience.”

The service is for everyone affected by the loss of a baby, be it mothers, fathers, aunties, uncles, siblings, grandparents etc. Everyone is welcome.
