Lough Swilly Ferry to operate June-September schedule

The Lough Swilly Ferry service, operating from Rathmullan-Buncrana, will be active from June-September this year.

At this month’s meeting of the Letterkenny Municipal District, Councillor Liam Blaney asked when it was proposed that the service would begin operating.

In response the Council said: “The contract arrangements with the Ferry Operator provide that the Ferry will operate from the June Bank Holiday weekend to September (13-week period).

“The Council is satisfied that arrangements are in place to allow this to happen from 1st June 2018.”
