Tank and Skinny’s are expanding! We are opening an exciting new Café/Bistro by the Seaside, Buncrana, Co. Donegal. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef to come join our team.
Job Type: Full-time
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing the kitchen team
- Menu creation
- Stock control
- HACCP
The successful candidate must have the following attributes:
- A genuine passion and flair for food
- An excellent work ethic
- Team leader
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in high-quality kitchens (Head chef level experience highly desirable but not a necessity).
- Have a strong awareness and compliance with all Health & Safety work practices and HACCP.
