Sam Magee and Chloe Magee bowed out of the 2018 European Championships yesterday in Spain.

The Raphoe siblings put up a battling display and had number two seeds Mathias Christiansen and Christina Pedersen from Norway on the rack.

However, Christiansen and Pedersen took the win 21-18 21-16 at the Palacio de Deportes in Huelva.

Today, Rachael Darragh – fresh from her competing at the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Australia – goes in the women’s doubles and the women’s singles.

Darragh teams up with Sara Boyle to take on Finland’s Jenny Nystrom and Sonja Pekkola while Darragh takes on Germany’s Luise Heim in the singles.
