The aroma of delicious steak and pork wafted through the Central Library’s bookshelves on Thursday night as over 40 people enjoyed celebrity Chef Brian McDermott’s fantastic culinary skills.

Brian, who was talking about healthy eating and cooking as part of the Library’s Healthy Ireland Programme, cooked three dishes from his recently published book ‘The Donegal Table’.
