Management at RA Pacaistí are now seeking applicants for the role of Store Workers, Machine Operator, Shift Supervisor.
Stores Position
- Requires previous stores experience as well as a valid forklift licence essential.
Machine Operator
- Successful candidates must be trustworthy, diligent, reliable and experienced.
- Be flexible with hours, and possess the ability to work as part of a team.
- Experienced in multi-shift operation and production.
- Professional, dependable and hardworking.
Shift Supervisor
Job Description:
The shift supervisor is required to manage a safe, team orientated environment where the delivery of key metrics including Product quality, Production plan Volume and Waste reduction can be achieved on a consistent basis in a high volume manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage a team to deliver consistent results on a daily basis in line with customer needs and expectations. Supervisory experience in manufacturing is a requirement of the job. This is a rotating shift position.
Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role.
