A man has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a person at Kinnegar Beach in Rathmullan.
The man appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Court charges with the offence on June 11th, 2016.
He spoke only to give his guilty plea.
His barrister asked Judge John Aylmer to adjourn sentencing until the next sitting of the Circuit Court in July.
He said his client had certain health complications and he wanted to “put his best foot forward” in the matter.
Judge Aylmer agreed and also ordered a probation report be carried out on the man.
