• Processing and answering queries from customers daily
• Manage incoming calls
• Communicate with multiple warehouses regarding customer orders
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers
• Assist in marketing activities and campaigns
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required
• Manage stock levels
• A highly organised and adaptable self-starter who works to own initiative
• Excellent understanding of customer satisfaction
• Ability to prioritise, analyse and coordinate your day to day tasks
• Excellent computer skills
• Clear and articulate communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent telephone manner with a clear, concise, and pleasant voice, with an understanding and helpful tone.
• Act as our Brand ambassador
• Previous customer service experience required
