Standing since 1695 and open to the public since 1989, Ireland’s Blue Book-listed Castle Grove is a very well established 4-star Country House Hotel and Restaurant.
In response to growing demand, we are seeking to hire experienced, passionate and energetic hospitality professionals to join our highly-regarded award-winning Hotel & Restaurant team. Current Vacancies with Immediate Start:
Position: Sous Chef
Requirements: 5+ yrs track record in reputable fine-dining establishment
Expertise in grill and modern cooking techniques with excellent presentation skills
Experience of stock management and menu planning & costing
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Position: Chef de Partie (Pastry)
Requirements: 2+ yrs track record in reputable fine-dining establishment
Expertise in Pastry & Bakery with excellent presentation skills
Experience of stock management and menu planning
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Position: Experienced Waiter/Waitress
Requirements: 5+ yrs experience in similar role – preferably in 4-star / 5-star hotel or busy restaurant
Excellent knowledge of food and wine
Excellent communication skills, customer service and engagement
Previous experience operating cash register/epos system
