Job Vacancy: Well-established motor dealership seeks Parts Advisor

Highland Motors are now recruiting for an experienced Full-Time Parts Advisor to join their professional team at Mountain Top Letterkenny. 

Highland Motors is a dynamic extremely well established Motor Dealership in Donegal and is the Main dealer for Renault, Dacia, Citroen and Honda.

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced Full-Time Parts Advisor

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of one years’ experience in a similar role within the Motor Industry
  • Vehicle knowledge and technical background/experience an advantage
  • Ability to deal with customer product requirements and enquiries
  • Ability to manage stock control
  • Data entry and order processing
  • Strong PC skills/computer experience essential
  • Exceptional customer service and support skills essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team
  • Ability to stay focused on targets/deadlines
  • Work well under pressure
  • Good problem solving ability
  • Have strong organisational and planning skills
  • Be efficient, with good attention to detail
  • Be flexible in their approach to work

Training: Training will be given on the systems and parts on an ongoing basis.

This is a full-time position for an immediate start.
