As you were for Ulster Senior League executive following AGM

CHANGES WERE MINIMAL to the executive at tonight’s Ulster Senior League AGM.

Jason Gibson maintained the position of Registrar, in what was the only contested position of the meeting, winning a vote 12-2 against Kieran McGrath of Letterkenny Rovers.

“I don’t think this job is suitable for a manager in the league,”McGrath said. “I just don’t feel it’s right but we’ve had no bother with Jason. But that’s why I just decided to put my hat into the ring.

Gibson said:”If there was a conflict of interest I wouldn’t have put my name forward.”

The role of secretary and fixture secretary has been amalgamated this year, with Niall Callaghan maintaining his position. Another couple of positions that were put together are Assistant Secretary and Referee Appointments, with Mark Duffy still in charge.
