Motorists in Letterkenny are being warned to take care as a large pile of glass has shattered on the Canal Road this Monday evening.
One half of the two-lane road is covered in glass just opposite the Ace of Arts gallery on the busy route.
Drivers coming from the Community Centre direction are being forced to divert around the glass in an attempt to avoid it.
Donegal County Council Emergency Roads department have been notified of the obstruction.
