The well-known local DJ completed a swim in 1:27:14, a cycle and, finally a 42.2km run on his 55th birthday.

Alaistair Hetherington, also of Letterkenny 24/7 Triathlon Club, also completed the event, finishing in 13:32:54.

The race began with the 3.8km swim in the Baltic Sea, near the Seaplane Harbour museum.

The 180.2km bike course followed by a run through Tallinn city centre, finishing on Freedom Square.
