Motorists have been warned to expect delays following a crash on the main Letterkenny to Kilmacrennan Road at Mountain Top.
The two-car collision happened just after 12.35pm and Gardai are at the scene.
It is not understood that any of those involved in the crash have suffered serious injuries.
