Could fixing your gut be the answer to all your health problems? A local leading expert in gut health is hosting a workshop this weekend to show people how to improve their digestive system for better health.

Donegal woman Glenda Dowling from Buncrana, certified Gut Health GAPS Practitioner and Nutritional Therapist and founder of Gutsy World, will hold a 4 hour ‘Heal The Gut Workshop’ in the Radisson Blu Letterkenny this Sunday 26th August 2018 from 10am – 2pm on how to heal your gut through healing foods, natural supplementation and detox!

Glenda is a leading expert in gut health and has successfully supported 100’s of clients over the years. Ten years ago Glenda was diagnosed with Crohns Disease a chronic Inflammatory Bowel Disease and told that there was no cure. Do you or someone you know suffer from IBS, bloatedness, constipation, diarrhoea, bowel pain, leaky gut, crohns disease, colitis, or any sort of bowel/gut related condition? Research also suggest a link between gut and the brain, behaviour, depression, anxiety, mood issues (3)(4) and to all auto immune diseases! (5)

The workshop this Sunday 26th August in the Radisson Blu in Letterkenny will give you the tools and step by step instructions you need to begin your own healing journey at home. It will teach how to heal and seal your gut and repopulate with beneficial gut flora. Glenda will be using the GAPS Protocol (Gut and Psychology ‘or’ Physiology) as a basis for the workshop. The workshop will focus on two things:

  1. Clean up and heal the gut / digestive tract, so it stops being the major source of toxicity in the body and instead becomes the source of nourishment as it is supposed to be.
  2. To remove toxicity, already stored in various tissues of the body

This workshop is being run in conjunction with Gutsy World www.gutsyworld.ie which is a healthy lifestyle program. Gutsy World was founded by Glenda just over a year ago and has weekly check in and weigh in clinics in Letterkenny, Buncrana and Carndonagh. Gutsy World focuses on weight loss, gut health, hormonal balance, good quality and mood.
