Cllr Enda Bonner has scheduled a public meeting for the people of Burtonport to discuss the future of their local post office.

The Burtonport Post Office has been included on An Post’s lists of 159 rural facilities set to close should their postmasters retire.

“It is important that the community have their say in this essential service,” said Cllr Enda Bonner.

All interested parties are welcome to attend the meeting in the Community Centre in Burtonport at 7pm on Monday 3rd September.
