Crana College in Buncrana has been selected to take part in a review of the Senior Cycle which will take into account the views of parents through a consultation seminar.

The Department of Education and the NCCA are commencing a review of Senior Cycle education and Crana College, Buncrana is one of 41 schools nationally taking part in the review.

Teachers, students and parents will have opportunities over the next year to have their opinions heard and to influence the changes that will be the outcome of the Senior Cycle review.

Crana College, being the only Post Primary school in Donegal involved in the review, is inviting parents to a consultation seminar on Monday 10th September. The consultation will take place in the school at 7pm and will last for approx 1 hour.

Kevin Cooley, Principal of Crana College said “We are delighted to be a focus school for the review of Senior Cycle. The review offers parents an opportunity to be part of a shared vision for Senior Cycle and form a strong base from which to shape a curriculum that genuinely meets the needs of our children for years to come.”

If you are a parent of a student in Crana College and would like to be part of the Senior Cycle review please contact the school on 074 93 61113.
