Road to the Aviva starts soon as FAI Junior Cup draw is made

The draws for the 2018/19 FAI New Balance Junior Cup have been made.

There will be three first round ties in the Donegal/Inishowen area.

Drumkeen United will host Lifford Celtic, with Cappry Rovers welcoming Kimacrennan Celtic to Cappry Park in an all-Donegal League Premier Division affair, and Milford United entertain Greencastle FC at Moyle View.

The first round ties are pencilled in for the weekend ending Sunday, September 16.

Inishowen League champions Glengad United have been drawn at home to Redcastle United with Donegal League champions Kildrum Tigers paired at home to Drumoghill FC at Station Road Park.

Drumkeen United v Lifford Celtic

Cappry Rovers v Kilmacrennan Celtic

Milford United v Greencastle FC

 

Round 2 (weekend ending September 30)

Keadue Rovers v Cranford United

Quigley’s Point Swifts v Cappry Rovers/Kilmacrennan Celtic

Glenea United v Lagan Harps

Milford United/Greencastle FC v Strand Rovers

Donegal Town v Castlefin Celtic

Kildrum Tigers v Drumoghill FC

Drumkeen United/Lifford Celtic v Bonagee United

Culdaff FC v Ballybofey United

Cockhill Celtic Youths v Rathmullan Celtic

Glengad United v Redcastle United

Glenree United v Illies Celtic
