A huge crowd came out to support the Jim Shiels 10k in St Johnston tonight.

The event was won by City of Derry Spartans athlete Conor Bradley, while Letterkenny AC’s Nakita Burke was the leading female.

From St Johnston and now based in Letterkenny, Chris was a nominee for NUJ Sports Journalist of the Year in 2010. Honoured by the Donegal Boxing Board in 2016 for his coverage on the sport.
