Irish Water outlines continued plans for Letterkenny works

Irish Water has outlined its plan of works for the coming week in Letterkenny.

The company is working in partnership with Donegal County Council to commence works as part of a €5.6million investment in the Letterkenny Sewerage Scheme

High Road Sewer Replacement:

Pipe laying works will continue on High Road on Mon 10th September. Works in the coming week will commence from 19:00 each evening with the road reopening at 07.00 the following morning. No construction works will take place between 07.00 on Saturday 15th September and 19.00 on Monday 17th September. These works will continue until 27 September.

Advanced warning VMS signs are in place to notify the public of the ongoing works.

Ballyraine Road:

Pipe laying commenced on Ballyraine Road at 8am today, Monday 10th September 2018.

Traffic management will in place to ensure unhindered access to the nearby DCC Roads compound
