Members of the Three Rivers Shotokan club Lifford travelled to Tallaght at the weekend to compete at the CIKA Ireland International open.

Three Rovers members had some fine performances at a very well ran event.

The Three Rivers team returned with five Golds, six Silvers and one Bronze medal.

The Three Rivers continue to train every Monday and Wednesday night at the Resource Centre in Lifford and new members are always welcome.
