IF EVER A win felt like a defeat then this was it – Termon fell out of the SFC and bottom of the group in 20 mad minutes.
Termon needed a 16-point win over Four Masters to reach the quarter-finals of the Donegal SFC and even a 10-point one to avoid the relegation play-offs. On 43 minutes they were 3-7 to 0-2 in front but lost their way.
Even though they won by a single point, it’s Four Masters who march on and Shaun Paul Barrett’s team who have to fight for their lives.
