A hard earned win for Glencar, who started strong and went ahead through Mo Friel who pounced close to goal.
Castlefin equalised from the spot against the run of play but Glencar dominated the second half and further goals from Eddie McLaughlin and Graham Cullen sealed a well-deserved win for the Celts.

Dunlewey Celtic 3 Oldtown Celtic 4
Blustery conditions in Glentoran Park for this seven-goal thriller.
The first half was very much too and from but it was the visitors who struck first when Paddy Mc Loughlin got his first of the day.
Dunlewey struck back in rapid-fire fashion with two goals from Chris Cannon in quick succession putting Dunlewey 2-1 ahead.
Oldtown battled back well and got two goals of their own in quick succession through Luke Friel and Paddy Mc Loughlin.
The second half started much the same with chances for both sides but it was Daniel Sweeney who sealed it for Oldtown with about 10 minutes to play.

Cappry Rovers Reserves 3 Milford United Reserves 3
In blustery conditions, Milford took the lead through Ciaran Blaney who finished well after a through ball from Connor Meakin.
Ciaran Blaney made it 2-0 when he finished well in the box. Milford pressed on and was 3-0 up by the 32nd minute when Ryan Campbell scored a free kick.
Milford was well on top at this stage but Cappry started to come into the game as the half wore on with Jamie Murray and Jack Bradley becoming influential in the middle for Cappry.
Jack Bradley nearly got a goal back for the home side when Kaine Mc Glynn laid the ball off to him on the edge of the box but his effort from the edge of the box went over the bar.
The home side started the second half well and got a goal back when Jamie Murray played Kaine Mc Glynn through and he finished smartly. Cappry kept pressing and got another goal when Jamie Murray converted a penalty in the 70th minute.
Cappry kept pressing for the equaliser and got their reward in the 83rd minute when Liam Gallagher found the top corner after a fine run. Milford could have won the game in injury time through Connor Meakin but his header just went wide.
Jack Bradley went close with a free kick in injury time for the home side.
Drumkeen United Reserves 5 Gweedore Celtic Reserves 1
Drumkeen got their first win of the season in some style with a comprehensive victory over visitors Gweedore Celtic at St Patrick’s Park on Saturday afternoon.
Drumkeen took the lead early in the first half when Mark Bonner got on the end of a Darren Bonner free kick.
The hosts added a second a little later when they were awarded a penalty which was calmly dispatched by Darren Bonner.
Drumkeen were dominating the game now and Ciaran Dolan added a third goal before half-time.
The second half continued in the same vein and Peter Mc Namee set up Marty Gallagher for goal number four.
Darren Bonner completed a fine afternoon for himself when he added number five on 70 minutes.
Despite the scoreline, Gweedore kept battling away and they were rewarded with a consolation goal towards the end.

Kildrum Tigers Reserves 6 Fintown Harps AFC 1
Kildrum took the lead in the 27th minute of this game when James Mc Nulty scored.
This was to be the only goal of an eventful first half during which several chances were not taken.
Seven minutes into the second half John Molloy equalised for the visitors when he scored from a long-range free-kick which he hammered home.
Their reprieve was short lived however as Barry Mc Monagle was unlucky to deflect the ball into his own net two minutes later.
Michael Lynch and Brian Coll added to the Kildrum tally on 60 and 65 minutes respectively.
The hosts at Station Road went on to win without any further setbacks.
