Ireland has earned a Top 10 place on a list of the world’s most romantic instagrammable destinations – with Donegal playing a starring role in the honour!
The world is full of amazing places that make for picture-perfect Instagram posts, while many of Ireland’s romantic hotspots are often kept as a hidden gem. However, the beauty of the Irish countryside has grabbed the attention of world travel site Holiday Guru for a number 10 spot on their list of most romantic Instagram locations.
And it was the beautiful Donegal seaside that helped swing the vote:
Holiday Guru said: “There are certain places in our fair country that are just impossible to beat! From the stunning coastlines of Donegal to the rolling hills of the ring of Kerry, Ireland is seriously hard to beat. I just love finding that cosy pub and enjoying a lovely drink while the music plays on. My tip is to try and get a selfie beside the Cliffs of Moher. Make sure you watch out for the drop though!”
