The last two Donegal League Premier Division champions, Kildrum Tigers and Glenea United, have been paired together in the next round of the FAI Junior Cup.

After home wins over Drumoghill and Lagan respectively in the last round, the two have been drawn in the third round with Kildrum – who this week announced Shane McGinty as their new manager – given the home tie.

Reigning Inishowen League champions Glengad United – quarter-finalists in this competition two seasons ago – have been given a sticky away draw at Castlefin Celtic.

Ties are due to take place on the weekend ending October 21.

Ballybofey United v Lifford Celtic
Kildrum Tigers v Glenea Utd
Keadue Rovers v Illies Celtic
Quigley’s Point Swifts or Cappry Rovers v Rathmullan Celtic
