One Donegal school is leading the way in helping people to find themselves again.

Mulroy College in Milford is inviting others to join them in celebrating Wellbeing Week by keeping active, getting involved in activities and showing gratitude for what we have.

The main event this year is a 24-hour challenge “Disconnect to Connect” a 24-hour ban on social media starting on Wed 10th.

Students and staff would like to encourage others to take part to help ensure they have their 5-a-day for Mental Health.

All money raised during the week is for Jigsaw Donegal.
