The Irish Coastguard has issued a warning for people not to walk along coastal areas during Storm Callum.
With gales of up to 90mph forecast for the west coast including Donegal, people are being warned not to take risks.
The status Orange warning has been issued for 13 counties including Donegal and is valid from 10pm tomorrow night (Thurs).
The Irish Coast service warned “Please stay clear of exposed coastal areas. If you see someone you think may be in trouble on the sea, rivers, lakes, inland waterways, cliffs, beaches or headlands. Dial 999/112 and ask for the Coast Guard.”
