Water outage strikes Inishowen again

Another water outage has affected parts of Inishowen this Monday morning after a weekend of major issues.

Home and businesses in Inch Island and Burnfoot are without water supplies today after a pipe burst on Sunday night.

Irish Water crews are working on the fault and supplies are expected to be restored by 4pm this Monday evening.

This incident follows a major trunk watermain burst in South Inishowen that cut off water to Buncrana and surrounding areas for much of Saturday.
