A Class Act! Students raise €1,300 for Shaun Dunworth and Donegal Hospice

Two LCVP classes at Loreto Community School Milford have raised almost €1,300 in two successful fundraisers for local causes.

Class 5.1 held a bake sale recently and raised €460 for The Shaun Dunworth Rehabilitation Fund.

Class 5.2 held a bucket collection and afternoon tea for all Leaving Certificate students and raised €860 for the Donegal Hospice.

Students and management proudly presented the cheques to representatives from both charities.

Teacher Grainne Mc Daid said: “Well done to all the students involved and all who supported the fundraisers.”
