Job Vacancy: A company based in the Letterkenny area requires a part-time office and accounts administrator.
Successful candidates will provide administrative and accounting support within the business.
Tasks will include:
- Organising travel itineraries and booking accommodation.
- Maintaining project documentation records.
- Ordering of stock.
- General office and accounting duties. Eg. Sales Invoice Processing and Credit Control.
The successful candidate will work with the current accounts structure and a knowledge of Sage Accounts would be beneficial but not essential.
The successful candidate must be motivated, have excellent organisational skills, able to work on their own initiative and be reliable.
