LyIT to face Trinity in League semi-final on Thursday

Letterkenny Institute of Technology will play their Electric Ireland HE GAA Division 2 League semi-final this Thursday.

LyIT will take on Trinity College in the semi-final at Grattan Park, Inniskeen at 7.30 on Thursday evening.

The Michael Murphy-managed LyIT overcame Waterford IT 6-10 to 0-11 in Louth on Thursday last with John Campbell netting a hat-trick for the Port Road men.

Caoimhinn Marley (2) and Anthony Diver also netted goals.

In the first semi-final, GMIT meet DkIT at Kinnegad on Wednesday with the final pencilled in for Wednesday-week, November 21.
