St Eunan’s College will play a MacRory Cup quarter-final play-off in January following this afternoon’s draw between St Patrick’s, Armagh and St Paul’s, Bessbrook.

The 2-13 apiece stalemate means that St Eunan’s have finished second in Group D.

Colm McFadden’s team, therefore, will be idle until January when they will meet one of the third or fourth placed teams, who have to play-off to see who advances.

The top teams in the group qualify direct to the quarter-finals.

Ronan Frain’s two goals sealed a 2-11 to 0-6 win over Bessbrook on Wednesday and the Sentry Hill side are now one win from a quarter-final spot.
