A Donegal driver is to get a court summons for having incorrect fuel and not paying tax for two years.
Officers with the Buncrana Roads Policing Unit assisted by RSA and Customs officials recently stopped a vehicle on the main Letterkenny to Derry Road.
It was discovered that the car was not taxed since December 2016.

Customs also found that there was ‘incorrect fuel’ in the tanks. The car was detained.
A fine and a court summons are due to be issued.
