A man has pleaded guilty at Letterkenny Circuit Court to a number of charges of indecent assault on another male.
The man, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, was due to begin a trial before a jury yesterday.
However, the acused changed his plea at Wednesday’s sitting of the court.
He faces six charges of indecent assault on dates unknown between August 1979 and January 1984 at an address in Donegal.
The case was adjourned to the April sitting of Letterkenny Circuit Court.
