Donut fans will be flocking to O’Hehirs Bakery in Letterkenny for an ambitious world record-breaking attempt.
How fast can you eat a delicious jam donut? If you think you can beat the world record this Friday 14th December, then you could win a YEAR’S SUPPLY of O’Hehir donuts.
O’Hehirs is an Irish family business who have been producing freshly baked breads and mouth-watering treats since 1984. The bakery was first established in Sligo and continues today in 19 locations, including Letterkenny, Sligo, Mullingar, Galway, Claremorris, Ballina, Westport, Longford, Athlone and Donegal Town, employing over 300 of the best local talent.
O’Hehirs have recently undergone a major rebrand and their bakery in Letterkenny has a brand new look – with amazing donuts in store every day.
This Friday, December 14th, with the help of Donegal Daily, O’Hehirs Bakery have challenged the people of Letterkenny to attempt to break a world record!

Fastest time to eat one of O’Hehirs finest jam filled donuts in under 11.41 seconds with their hands behind their back and without licking their lips!
