A scintillating start saw Greencastle move into the WFAI U18 final as Paddy Keys’ team swept aside Home Farm.

Niamh McDonald, Kate McClenaghan and Megan Havlin netted the goals as Greencastle stormed their way to the final.
Due to the FAI Junior Cup match at Chapel Lane between Greencastle and Peake Villa, this one had to be played at The Warren, home of Carrowmena FC.
This was Greencastle’s third season in a row to reach a WFAI Cup semi-final, but this is their first time to advance to the final.
