Donegal County Council nominated for Emergency Response Award

Donegal County Council has been nominated for a national award at the All Ireland Community & Council Awards.

The winners, representing their counties, will be announced by RTÉ’s Marty Morrissey at a gala awards ceremony at Croke Park Stadium on Saturday 9th February 2019.

The County Council has been shortlisted for the Emergency Response Team of the Year Award following their response to flooding in Inishowen in August 2017.

Donegal Council has been nominated alongside Cork County Council and Wicklow County Council for the award.
