Mark English won his sixth Irish Indoor title this afternoon – and here’s how he did it.
English delivered a cool and composed performance to win in 1 minute and 51.77 seconds.
The Letterkenny man, running for UCD AC, saw off a bid from Zak Curran to take the win.
In two weeks’ time, English – who is showing signs that he’s back to his best – will go under starter’s orders at the European Indoor Championships in Glashow.
