Warning after Westlife tickets stolen from car

A young Donegal woman has warned people not to buy Westlife tickets from unknown sources after her car was broken into and the tickets stolen.

Alanna O’Donnell had parked her car outside the Clanree Hotel in Letterkenny last Monday when thieves targetted two vehicles.

The thieves took handbags from both cars and Alanna’s handbag contained six Westlife tickets for their upcoming concerts.

Alanna has since cancelled the tickets with Ticketmaster and they are now worthless.

She warned “If you know of any family or friends who have been looking for tickets, please ensure that they check the tickets if they are buying them second hand.

“Someone has now got voided tickets with my name and will possibly try to sell them.”

The seated tickets are for the band’s July 5th concert.
